A Royal Wedding

So exciting! I was up bright and early to watch the royal wedding, as I'm sure many of you are. I've been waiting for weeks for to watch the wedding, I even considered buying a fancy hat, like the ones you see the new princess in all the time.

I love her dress, it was gorgeous! I wish I could have gone to London to be part of all the excitement!

Hi Everyone,

I Got the JOB.. Yay! I will officially be interning (basically) this summer at Brigham and Women's Hospital!

My seven facts:

1. I love to cook and bake! I love trying new recipes and new things, my latest project, learning to make parisian macarons (I'll post soon!)

2. I want to go on to law school after graduation... I think

3. I got a new puppy last summer, and we aren't sure what breed she is, maybe mini Australian shepherd, corgi mix, who knows.

4. I love anything and everything pomegranate... juice, yogurt, chapstick, you name it.

5. I have one younger sister, she is graduating high school in May, it make me seem so old.

6. One of my favorite snacks: ritz cracker with a little chocolate frosting, trust me it may sound weird but its delicious.

Look at this Great Giveaway by College Prester!

In my bag...

I've seen a lot of these "what's in my bag posts" recently so I decided to give it a go. I'm always the one who has a bag chucked to the brim with everything and anything you could think of, or I bring nothing with me, I tend to go to one of two extremes. But when I do bring my bag you can bet I probably have what you need inside.

I have been using my trusty vineyard vines tote mostly, and here are a few things that will pretty much be guaranteed to be inside.

1. My planner, I always need to know where I'm supposed to be and what needs to be done

2. Pens (pencils, highlighters...) I've been using my bag as a book-bag too so I always have things I might need for class on hand.

3. Sunglasses, you never know when they may come in handy

4. My eos lip balm, isn't the little egg shape cute!

5. Kindle, to get some light reading done in my spare time, waiting for meetings and class

6. Wallet (id, money, charlie card...) I think this is a given.

7. Phone... another given, this mine as well be glued to my hand

8. Ipod, always nice to have something to listen too on the way to class or something (when of course I have it charged, I'm really bad about keeping my charged and updated)

9. Band aids (yes, I sometimes have hello kitty band aids) you always need one when you don't have one, paper cuts, blisters from new shoes, or if you trip and fall... safety first! :)

Finally feeling like Spring!!

It is finally starting to feel like spring, it warm and sunny, with a little breeze! I've been waiting for the warm weather for months and I can't believe its finally here. I've put together what my ideal outfit would be today; its about 65 degrees but with a small breeze so its a bit cool, perfect weather in my opinion.

Super cute blazer (I like to roll or cuff the sleeves for a more causal look) and a plain tee, with bright shorts for a cute pop of color (bright and cheery but not obnoxious). Pair that with some cute sandals and a woven bag and your ready to go!

Cute Summer Shoes

So many cute shoes coming for spring and summer right now. J. Crew always has cute ballet flats, like these soft golden ones and the bright orange one; their flip flops are adorable too, I am in love with these pink/coral one with the flowers on them. Old Navy has really cute shoes this season too; I love the pink, purply peep toes, the little white espadrilles and the green flip flops. I haven't shopped there in years but I'm very temped to buy these black heels for any special occasions and parties that may occur, they look like Kate Spades, for only around $27!
